Yesterday's Pow day continued today, winds last night filled everything in for round 2.  Today was sunny and temps in the low 20s and no wind.  Conditions are absolutely amazing, everything is Powder or Packed Powder. Skyline, Superquad, DRC and Sawduster are running and snowmaking is going on on Whiffletree and The Park.  More snow is on the way this weekend

Epic Day!

Today was amazing 8+ inches of incredible POW, Sugarloaf is buried, ropes dropped almost everywhere

Amazing week!

The skiing this past week has been amazing, one of the best starts Sugarloaf has seen.  Conditions are mostly Powder and Packed Powder.  Skyline, Superquad, DRC, and Sawduster are now open, Snubber will open soon.  Sluice, Spillway, and Comp Hill opened with natural snow and they were amazing. Snowmaking on Sluice, Skidder, Narrow Gauge, The Birches.  Another storm is on the way for monday

Skyline Opens Soon

A great morning today, sunny skies and temps in the mid 20's, few inches of new snow yesterday made conditions even better.  Kings Landing, Hayburner and Tote Road were all groomed and in great condition, they left candyside to drain another night.  Double Bitter is pretty good, great cover considering no snowmaking on it. Snowmakers continued today on Skidder, Narrow Gauge, Cribworks, The Landing and Spillway X-Cut, Skidder and Narrow Gauge look like they will be open soon as will skyline.

Candyside is Open!

Today started off cloudy but ended up snowing quite hard most of the afternoon.  The Superquad is still the only lift open but Skyline should be open soon.  Conditions today were pretty good and will only get better as the week goes on.  Kings Landing, Hayburner and Tote Road were groomed and mostly packed powder, Double Bitter is ungroomed and has decent coverage.  Bullwinkles opens soon. Snowmaking today on Candyside, Lower Winters Way, The Landing, The Birches and Lower Narrow Gauge.

Snowmaking resumes

After the 6-8 inches of  very wet snow we got on Thursday, conditions vastly improved and built an amazing base to build on in the next few weeks.  Conditions so far this year have been quite good, hardly a hint of any ice.  Tote Road, Kings Landing, Hayburner, Scoot and Double Bitter are now open although they all lead to Lower Tote Road.  Double Bitter is open with only natural snow and has decent coverage.  Snowmaking has resumed on Skidder and Narrow Gauge and should start on Candyside soon.
